By purchasing a villa in the Jalousie Plantation you are buying into an international landmark, by purchasing early you are guaranteeing the residence of your choice at today’s price and you will be able to see the value of your investment rise.
Prices will rise several times over the life of the Jalousie Villas sales programme. This is not a time-share. You own your villa outright and freehold. Depending on the type of villa you purchase there are two Investment options available to you:
Single, One bedroom and Double Villas - Priced from $525,000 (£265,000)
There is a mandatory requirement when purchasing these villas to enter into the Rental Pool Agreement. This gives you the opportunity to occupy your residence for at least 4 weeks in any 12-month period with full all inclusive use of the resort. Your investment, when entered into the rental pool, could give you a predicted return on investment (ROI) of betweeen 6 & 7% depending on occupancy.
The rental pool will begin upon completion of all renovations to the hotel. Currently this is expected to be mid 2008. Until then and from the time you complete your purchase, you are guaranteed a predicted ROI of 5%.
THE GRAND RESIDENCES - PRICED FROM $2,065,000 ( £1,086,500 )
If you purchase one of the Grand Residences, you can do so purely as an owner's residence with the option of entering a rental pool at the owner's discretion.
The Resort's management takes care of all marketing and villa running costs, all you have to pay is your insurance and property tax. We can help with all the details of ownership, including legal and mortgage arrangements.

The Grand Residence
Our Grand Residences at Jalousie are planned to be contructed at some of the most breathtaking sites throughout the resort. These will include the Ocean Front Villas, Plantation houses and Rainforest Villas. These stunning villas, with three bedrooms or more, will be built to the highest specification each with unique architecture and interior design. If you choose to purchase one of these residences you have the option of entering into the rental pool agreement or not, if you do, you have the freedom to choose the length of time you wish to be entered into the agreement for. However, a certain amount of the villas come with a mandatory obligation to enter into the rental pool.
