FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP

Why buy 100 percent of something you will only use a few times a year? With a “Fractional Share” or a “large share of co-ownership” you buy only that portion of the property that you will actually use.   • You may reserve as many as you wish until they are no longer available or the price changes.
  • Please read the steps and requirements to reserve inventory below:
  • Contact us and ask for a Priority Reservation Agreement. Tell us how many you would like to reserve. We will forward you an agreement in the mail.
  • Review and sign the Priority Reservation Agreement and enclose a refundable deposit for $1,500.00 for each 1/12th interest and send it back to us in the envelope provided.
  • We will assign you inventory in the order they are received. If all available inventories are reserved when we receive your agreement we will put you on a secondary list and you will be notified if someone withdraws their agreement, in which case you would be assigned that inventory.
  • No further action is required on your part until we send you a Sales Agreement at which time you will have the option to go forward or request your deposit back. It’s that simple. The advantages of reserving inventory now:
