Resort is expanding to 15 acres of prime beachfront property. Plans for retail, restaurants, expanded amenities, and hotel or condo-hotel arrangements are in the works. Act now to reserve your condo and take advantage of the expected value increases to come.
Hotel & Community Facilities: A proposed four-five story hotel or condo-hotel is proposed for a future phase of this complex to be located as the center piece of the community. This hotel could facilitate added amenities to the complex for the joint use by the community, hotel guests, and villa owners.
Possible Additional Facilities: A rooftop restaurant, night club/lounge, dive shop, water sports activity center, fitness center, retail shopping and/or conference center facilities are proposed for future development if interest and profitability seems favorable. These additions are not guaranteed, but are being considered for future planning possibilities. Use of these facilities may require an additional club membership or fee arrangement.
Pier-Type Boardwalk: An over-water boardwalk and water sports facility area are also proposed for the beachfront area of the complex to enhance the enjoyment of the Caribbean.
