We are excited to announce the pre-release for Phase I at the proposed Crested Butte Cay Club Resort & Academy located in historic Crested Butte, Colorado. This luxury condominium will be the first ski resort being added to the Cay Clubs resort network. A proposed alliance with IMG Academies for winter and summer mountain sports will bring to this project some of the top professional and amateur athletes needed to make this community the top in its field. Over 200 million dollars have just recently been expended to the development of Mount Crested Butte to make it a world class skiing resort area. Cay Clubs will have its own charter service from Denver into the Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GCBRA) flight center which is a short 25 minute drive to the property. Major airlines provide non-stop direct service to GCBRA from Atlant, Dallas, and Houston.

HOW TO RESERVE:

  • $5,000 Refundable Membership Reservation fee to reserve the opportunity to participate.
  • Membership fee anticipated to be from $35,000.
  • Buyer is contacted for Unit selection. At this time funds become non-refundable
  • $30,000 remaining membership fee due at time of unit selection. Total membership fee then becomes non-refundable.
  • 10% (less membership fee) due at contract

Once the $5,000 Refundable Enrollment Deposit is placed, it is important for you to use this time to get pre-qualified.

PRE-SELECTION PROCEDURE:

  • Units will be offered to the clients in the order their reservations and funds are received.
  • Full membership value must be received no later than five (5) days prior to unit assignment.
  • Two to three weeks prior to the unit selection, the following material will be sent out to each client with a reservation in place:
    • Site Plan
    • Floor Plans
    • Pricing Outline
    • Visuals along with views from various spots in the building.
    • Preference sheet - To be filled out and returned within five (5) days.
  • Based on preferences requested and the placement on the waiting list, unit(s) will be selected by the Sales Director and offered/assigned to the client. 
  • The client or broker representative must be present of available by phone during the unit selection process.
  • Tours of the property can be take place three days prior to unit assignment.

APPRECIATION CREATION: - The developer buys large hotels, condo buildings or resorts as well as the surrounding properties, on which they then build extensive amenities and recreational facilities, renovate the existing buildings (the hotels or condos) and then also add more luxury homes.
