TIMELINE

  • Hotel will be closed in April for renovation
  • Projected to re-open fully renovated in November 2007
  • Closings on units in November / December 2007
  • Leaseback incentives begin the next month after closing for 2 years.

HOW TO RESERVE

  • It will require a $10,000 reservation deposit.
  • At time of contract, which is anticipated to be in February 2007, you will be required to bring your deposit to a full 20% deposit.
  • Completion of project is anticipated for September 2007.
